FlipVol

Very smooth. The pedal has a nice smoothness and is very light compared to other Volume pedals. Super easy to use , no power was needed. Just plug and play. Zero tone sucking and just a great little pedal. feels very smooth

this pedal is smooth, good weight, the taper is perfect, it doesn’t need any power. I use it to lower my 20 w combo amp 8n my bedroom, it’s too much power,even at the lowest setting. So I turn up the a,p to a good sound, and lower the whole thing w the FLIPVOL. Great expression oedal too, I used it in my Matribox pro II, theres and input for it. and I use it on my JHS pink panther delay, that was fun. Great expression pedal. It feels solid and smooth, and easy to control, not too heavy, but it stays on the floor, not too small for my feel. really good design

This pedal is really well made from heavy mild steel to the degree that it seems you could park the band's van on it without causing much in the way of damage.
It has two modes of operation - volume and as an effects (expression) pedal when used with other Sonicake products.
In volume mode it works quite simply: it is an analogue potentiometer which you insert into the signal chain between guitar and amplifier using standard jack-jack cable. It works well, but in my opinion is of limited value unless for some reason you cannot reach the volume control on your instrument. In 'expression' mode you must hook the pedal up to a suitable Sonicake FX unit with a TRS cable (Tip Ring and Shield). It then controls the level of effect you wish to apply. I have no Sonicake kit and so cannot test this, but the principle is easy enough to discuss.
In conclusion - sturdy enough for heavy duty stage use if the usage parameters suit your needs.

My hubby is very pleased with this guitar volume pedal. Arrived well packed and presented. It's easy to use and work perfectly. Great quality and value for money. Highly recommended
