Stefano Rossi

Stefano Rossi is an Italian guitarist, educator, and creator of the Doopy Educational Program. He is also the founder of Chitarra Didattica, one of Italy’s most popular online platforms for guitar learning. He first picked up the guitar in 1999, falling in love with the instrument, and quickly moved from classical to modern styles, playing with local bands and exploring recording.

By 2002, he began teaching guitar, and soon discovered his true calling: sharing the joy of music with others. For Stefano, being a teacher comes even before being a musician, because helping people fall in love with the guitar has always been at the heart of his journey.

Over the years, he has worked with cultural associations, taught in high schools, judged contests, and guided local bands. In 2017, he started his YouTube channel and Instagram profile, where he connects with thousands of players every day. In 2019, he founded Chitarra Didattica, a free learning portal that has since become a daily stop for aspiring guitarists across Italy and beyond.

Stefano has studied with many respected teachers and attended masterclasses with legends such as Guthrie Govan, Marty Friedman, and Frank Gambale. His mission is simple: to show that with patience, passion, and daily practice, anyone can enjoy the guitar and grow as a musician.
